Hot Vinyasa

Each individual teacher brings their unique style and interpretation of the Flow Class. Vinyasa translates to “Breath synced with movement”.

A practice of connecting your breath with each movement and blends alignment fundamentals with a vinyasa style sequencing. Students will receive a balanced class building strength and encouraging student to take modification and props use for all levels of practice. Ending with a sweet savasana.

All levels welcome and modifications are encouraged.

Power Vinyasa

Power Vinyasa is an advanced class where the connection between breath and movement is maintained throughout.

Channel your inner strength and control the mind and body in our 107 degree steamed hot yoga room.

This vinyasa class will help you go deeper into each pose and strengthen your alignment.

Please note: all power classes are for advanced students.

Yin/Yang

Our Yin/yang Yoga blends two styles of yoga into one practice. Bringing together the benefits of passively holding poses with more dynamic sequences and standing postures.

Class begins with slow-paced asanas (postures) that are held anywhere from 3-5 minutes to allow the body and the mind to relax, increase flexibility and bring harmony to the body.

The second half of class incorporates more active postures that help strengthen the muscles and allow the practitioner to build both mental and physical stamina.

All levels welcome and modifications are encouraged.

All Levels Of Experience Are Welcome.
Private Classes Are Also Available.
